    older people to check they’re ok in these unsettling times. We offered advice & guidance and reassurances that we are there for them simply by asking “Are you ok?”

    On lock down like everyone else here.

    My family and I are underthe same roof and are all well.

    Lovely weather so we're doing the gardening.

    Can only go out in ones with an attestation saying where you're going to. Only allowed to go shopping, medical appointments or work.

    Plenty of food, drink and all we need really.

    I was due to have lunch with Périgordmiller but they'd closed the restaurants so couldn't go.

    All is good!

    Put things into perspective. At my van at the moment. No2 daughter turned up with 3 of my grandkids. Innocent is bliss.
    Thank God it's not as serious for kids

    Enjoy them Crash. Our Grandson is 4 today and we were due to be over there to see him. Not happening obviously

    Got 7 months .17 months 2 year . 10 year.
    Approx .all fkn ace.give my life for the lot of them.
    Then again. I would love to see them grow up .😍

    More phone calls by RUCST checking to see if your doing ok and letting you know they’re there if you need help

    Good to know especially for them are are alone

    Look out for the vulnerable they may not have the virus but they still need help and some are suffering with mental health as well
