At the minute Starmer clearly paying for what Corbyn wanted you are not going to change that overnight.

The vaccine roll out has hugely helped the Tories but lets be honest he pretty much got everything wrong on that and u turned on everything...I mean all these variants getting into the UK and we wonder why !

Boris is lucky we are a rich country with great science behind us as without it he would be under pressure.
As I said about the govt getting everything wrong and this variant is spooking them now.

EVERY country should be on our red list only absolute essential travel should be allowed.

The June date is in real danger now as we didnt act quick enough if an average joe on the street can see why cant these so called well educated people.

I see the ever-charming and kind-hearted Priti Patel has been accused of lobbying on behalf of someone she knew to help them get a PPE supply contract.

"The contact at Pharmaceuticals Direct Ltd was a man called Samir Jassal, a Conservative activist who Ms Patel knew. According to his LinkedIn, he worked as an adviser to Ms Patel between 2014 and 2015 and on social media describes her as a "good friend"."

    I bet he does.

He only got a contract for £103m.

Never mind, it was in the national interest, can't imagine that the PM will decide she has broken the ministerial code.

It makes you wonder why they didn't reply to all the companies that were offering their services and PPE when the crisis first started and we had no equipment.
Surely it wasnt to buy time so friends and family could set up their own PPE supply companies and come to the salvation of the country and be awarded fat contracts all in the interest of national interest.
Remember companies were knocking the door down at number 10 to sell their wares and goods but no one ever got back to them so they were forced to sell them to Europe instead.
Hold an inquiry and jail those responsible starting with Gove who was on the news sweeping it under the carpet at the time.

Aye ...... a very good effort by the rabble .. all considering.

Drove over to Newark last Sunday and enjoyed a carvery lunch at the Connie club. Superb value with a pint of John Smith's thrown in for under a tenner. A nice outing also made all the better by hearing we are galloping ahead in the polls (YouGov) in both the party v the socialists and Bojo's own personal lead over the Stumer. Seem to remember I offered bets on this when we actually trailed in the polls months ago and was immediately taken up by the Broxtowe Socialist & the Lincolnshire Fatboy. With only 19 days to go to the end of the month plus extra kudos Boz will win after the G7 meeting, I think there's a chance I may win if I'm lucky eh?

If there was another election tomorrow Boris would win with ease.

The problem he has is this 21st June date if that gets pushed back by months then his lead will shrink.

Depends what the Indian sorry DELTA variant is doing cant mention India got a trade deal lined up first !

Hi Legs ....... Just to acknowledge your comments.

Well the Indian variant nobody can help and in my opinion may forestall ending ALL restrictions for a brief time but I think Boz will allow enough freedom to keep people happy and not shrink the Tory lead. In fact I think his lead will have increased again by the month end. Of course they'll be a trade deal with India irrespective of their covid strain and I'll go as far as to predict a biggie with the US will be announced after Big Joe meets her Maj later. Of course there's always the chance of Sid's prediction regarding the Cumming's revelations causing our Boz to resign ( laugh out loud) and Thornbury's chaos on the roads coming true (laugh again) plus Elite's prediction they'll be a catastrophic shortness of lettuce soon (big deal - so bloody what)

It is a little strange though that Stumer has made very little headway since he became leader, I can't understand it especially with his charisma and character. Nevermind, if he loses the forthcoming by-election (surely not ) it's he not our Boz who may get the chop. N'mind again, there's plenty more wannabee's queuing up. There's the boy Burnham, the eloquent and well spoken Rayner as well as the ever ready Fatty Thornbuckle. Yes I can see Boris's huge lead evaporating if any new labour leader comes in ......... can I bloody hell!

Yep defo cant help the Indian variant I mean ANYONE with a brain would have banned ALL international travel but not Bojo he knows best.

Get ready for more BS from him on Monday.

I do actually agree with you though he will still get voted back in that is down to how bad Labour are and how stupid people are for going back for more sh*t sandwiches 🤣

    Final comment Leggo.

You are quite entitled to your views but be careful about calling people stupid. Tens of thousands of ordinary folk deserting Labour for the Tories can't all be wrong and stupid. They may be in your opinion - but you are massively outnumbered by these people whose opinion differs from your own and using the old saying, all of them can't be wrong.
