    Barrie , if you work at the speed which sinkov does,it may take him some 3 years ! Remember, Micky was older and much slower! But we must encourage him. We certainly don't want him 'knackered',do we?

    sinkov ---had a great walk in the Ashington woods today. Did 7 miles and never saw another soul! More to come tomorrow but I am careful when I go past the Police Station! Mind you, the old saying still hangs true ---you can never find a copper when you want one!

    I've been making the most of the lovely weather today by pottering in the garden.

    We are risking it an going up to the Lakes on Saturday to tackle Base Brown. No visit to the pub afterwards but we will take a packed dinner.

    Im going walking every day if the weather is good.plenty of fresh air in the lungs and complete isolation.
