I've read elsewhere that the Premier League are considering playing three games a day in the same venue for safety reasons, so that the ground can be disinfected etc. Talk of using two or three Midlands grounds. Maybe a smaller stadium would make sense so long as it has decent facilities. Premier League football finally comes to Meadow Lane?

Hahaha unlikely to be ML. 6 prem teams would have to travel a considerable distance just to play in Nottingham with the exception of Leicester City.

National League asks Football Association to close season

That was five days ago unless they've repeated the call.

Hartlepool chairman yesterday....

"It’s all incredibly complex and about reacting to what the best guess is going forward. What it feels like is that the National League will follow on from the Premier League and EFL and look to return to play and follow suit essentially. What we have to do and what they have to do is uphold the credibility of the league in line with the divisions above because otherwise all of their aims to make it a proper promotion and relegation pyramid will be out of the window. We need to protect that principle."
