It was with great sadness we learnt of the death of Seb Lewis on the Club's official site on Thursday morning. Seb died at the very young age of 38 from coronavirus. Seb's death underlines the importance of following the government safety advice measures to keep safe and well.

Although I did not know Seb in person, I did see him at home and away matches over a long time scale . Seb was a unique fan, a legend who attended every home and away match since 1998. Such devotion, dedication and loyalty cannot be rivalled by many of us.

Lee Bowyer has led many of the tributes flooding in to Seb Lewis and the thoughts and prayers of all of us and Charlton Mad go to his family and friends.

The club is certain to pay tribute to Seb in some way when football returns.
