Was great for Cork Hibs before he signed for Forest.
Blast from the past there, could run like fk down the wing but no end product, played against Notts 74 75
A player I did admire was John Robertson.

Managed a hat-trick in the 1972 FAI Cup Final all the same.

What about some of the Forest players who played for us Tot Leverton, Chris Joyce, Geoff Ball and Bill Brindley etc. Did keeper Jimmy Cargill also sign for us for a short time?

Just thought of another name from the past Peter Cormack, inside forward went onto play for Liverpool.

Beat me to this....my dad used to take me and my brother to see Notts one week and this lot the next week!
It took me until about 72/73 to realise there there was only one team that I really loved!

Nottingham lad Henry Newton, tough tackling midfield player...went from Fword to Everton, then that bloke Clough signed him for Derby where he won Div 1 title...
