Postpone next season. When everything clears (whenever that may be) play out all the leagues, eliminating all the issues numerous clubs will have regarding promotion, relegation etc. (helps on the legal side)

When the leagues are finished have a wee break then agree when the next season starts. If this means losing a couple of cup competitions so be it. If the starting date is late summer then reduce the times each club plays each other for one season only.

I know there are loads of cans of worms involved if this happened , but it seems the best way for me. Players contracts will influence this of course, but if the player or their agent can't bend to help this situation then...……. they ain't human!

PS: season tickets can still be bought to help finance the club, but unfortunately, fixture dates can't be confirmed until further notice.

No chance next season will be postponed. TV will dictate that. TV are going to dictate most things here, let's be honest. The SPFL will do whatever is financially best for themselves.

So.……….. TV will overrule the government/s , the leagues, the teams, the public etc in this horrendous situation for monetary gain?

I know where your coming from but, lets be really honest here, TV shouldn't have the slightest say in the current climate!!!

The government, no, of course not. Hence 'most things'. But when the league gets the go ahead to play games, you can guarantee every decision will be influenced by TV. Without TV revenue, we don't have a league. They dictate almost everything because they have the big pot of cash that the SPFL can't say no to. There are TV deals in place for next season. Not a chance will that be postponed.

Canna postpone next season, absolutely no chance every club would loss a fortune unless they played twice a week to catch up with a late start but even then it's a nightmare for player contracts and money for club for season tickets, people wont fork out unless they know for certain when its happening

Need to either finish this season or call a hault and leave tables as they stand or re-structure

If that's the case then so be it. There's far more important things than football right now.
