    I'm actually drinking a bottle of beer now - the first in about 35 years or more !

    I'm doing the same.

    I'm forcing myself to stop cos its not good.

    I'm also going back to snacking badly in the evening - which i'm going to force myself to stop, finish off what i have left this week and then buy nothing new when we do our one shop.

    I lost 5 stone, i refuse to put it all back on again.

    It's exactly that feeling of "I've survived another strange day - I've earned a beer!"

    I think a beer a day is OK, the trick is not to turn one into several... Only on Fridays and Saturdays and occasionally Thursdays
