Damn and blast. I was just checking a couple of points and millersarus beat me to it with Nouha Dicko.
Played for Wolves against us in their 6-4 win when Agard got a hatrick. Born in France, plays for Mali.
Still might not be right but looks close.

He seems to fit the clues so far, the hat trick clue pointed me in his direction. Remember following the game on text whilst on holiday. they were some games that year against wolves.
