    Between the lines, it sounds like:

    1) we're not furloughing until it's an emergency. Not convinced by that tbh.
    2) we're pushing for this season to be called as it is and any fudge produced (or not) for next season to be made known early.

    Well, "all possible funding packages" must include the 80% government subsidy.

    It's about time the town of Motherwell got something out of a Tory Govt IMO. If English Premiership clubs, Celtic and others use the 80% Furlough programme then we should dive in ASAP.

    Sure but 'not gaming the system' like Celtic, Liverpool et al suggests we won't be doing it just because it's there.

    No doubt an explanation will come out in due course but I'm intrigued as to why we're not doing this. Fair enough keep some sales/ticket folk in for selling STs and the media lot to promote it but paying 100% player wages when someone else will do the majority for us is a hell of a bit of moral high ground to take.
