    He said Inverness voted no because they didnt want to see other scottish clubs being in financial trouble,job losses

    Voting yes they would have recieved £300k and he said they needed it

    he also had proof of Whistle and Dee sending No vote to spfl

    He was pretty emotional

    Now Rangers have declared war on Doncaster
