Yes. He ordered 3M not to ship N95 masks to Canada. We managed to smooth that over by gently reminding 'his people' the pulp used to make the masks comes from British Columbia . He also tried to place troops at our border to protect the border from whatever he conjured up in his rather twisted mind. Again, a gentle reminder of how Canada housed hundreds of airplanes and thousands of people after US closed it's airspace on 9/11 seemed to do the trick.
