I'm not sure what strategy Anne Budge has here. Sure to annoy the tims when they need their vote and shouldnt be relegated because of the money they have spent.

Hearts owner Ann Budge says no titles and no relegation is the only fair SPFL solution

“You shouldn't be awarded a title if you haven't played 38 games; you shouldn't be relegated if you haven't played 38 games, and all sorts of other things in between. Some rules were changed, others weren't.

"To be fair for everyone, if you are going to make promotions when the league isn't finished, and therefore we are rewarding people who have invested to try and achieve success, then I think we should also be recognising that some of us have made substantial investments to try to avoid relegation."

Its looking more like Hearts v Dundee in the Championship next season with daft comments like these.

Just remember the promotions in champ and below are set in stone and legally binding. The reconstruction part is for top league and if there is reconstruction there would be a knock up effect in terms of leagues below. It matters not a jot to us thanks to Dundee.

In the same interview Budge also said

"I don't think very many people had a problem with promotion – with the probable exception of Rangers"

No wonder the huns are raging, their worst nightmare their rivals winning the title and their liquidation scapegoat team marching back to the top. Hate is all they have.

I see the task force now comprises of 15 people from all the divisions. They can appoint as many as they like but it still requires 11 out of 12 to vote yes in the Premiership.
