Plagued by injury the last two years. Only managed 9 league games last season and 20 the year before. Won't be cheap. A fit Souttar yes, one who's in the gym more than he is on the pitch, no.

Returning players don't seem to do it for us. Not seen enough of him in the last few years to really form an opinion but there was no doubting his ability as a footballer, it was the defensive side of his game that needed improvement.
He would be a gamble and if he has injury problems then it would have to be a no from me.
