    New owners have already approached

ESPN have claimed that Newcastle United’s potential new board have already made contact with the agents of thre big-name players available on a free– in the form of PSG striker Edinson Cavani, Chelsea winger Willian and Napoli forward Dries Mertens.

Guilleme Balague, says Rafa has not been contacted.

I suppose, if these lads are free transfers to start us off, they have no financial risk other than wages and would instantly be an improvement on the lads in there positions.

makes sense going for some free transfers like,

i'd jizz in my pants having 3 players on the pitch in a Newcastle shirt actually able to be a threat on goal

To be fair, I'd be excited about all three of them.

All class players - still to this day even if they're all past 30.

This is rubbish, no resale value and Ashley won't sign the wages off.
    Oh hang on.....

One of them would improve us.

    All three. . .

Can the new owners really make contact before things are signed? Couldn't that risk some legal repercussions?

Not really...no harm having an informal chat with the agents...
