    Thing is, Mixu ended up being far from a cheap option. Infact, he probably ended up costing us tenfold of either of the other options in the long term. Thompson really was a fud of the highest order.

    I'm not so sure about that, maybe but not for sure. I actually think keeping McNamara may have kept us up too but that was a tough ask of the fans at the time, given the context.

    mixu!? he was good eh. Hughes would have been worse but maybe he would have prevented the doon derby that has haunted us endlessly in our sleep for eternity - why oh god why. we would have gone down 2 weeks before lol
