    League reconstruction OFF !!!

Reported that after Prem meeting that talks have broken down

No chance that would get agreement.

Aberdeen chairman said they could look at it again later but not during current crisis - ha ha hearts are only interested to save themselves as with others. No chance this could be resurrected.

A Top 12 is by far best anyway.

Top 6 split after 33 matches works perfect and avoids too many meaningless matches.

Would not fancy being in a bottom 8 for half a season after a split in the 14 team plans

    Common sense has prevailed.

Let’s focus on staying safe and hopefully next season can start properly with United in the Prem as it should be 🤞

    Delighted

The changes made in 2013 adding playoffs and a way into the league from Highlands and lowland leagues was just right, the current format is about the best we can do and the right number of teams and the best setup we've had for the bat majority having lots to play for

Also the revamp of the League Cup has been very good imo plus nothing wrong with the Scottish Cup

Just need to get the colts and stuff out of the Challenge Cup and forget all the talk of changing for the sake if it elsewhere when what we have is working, but for covid occurring.
