So therefore English’s argument was irrelevant. Funnily enough, English shut the phuck up after that.
I never thought I’d see the day where I would acknowledge Donald Findlay in a positive manner but here I am!

English was getting on my thrupny bits throughout that podcast, and continually banging on about fairness, yet only “fairness” for Hearts and Thistle, but not for United, Raith or Cove. While the others kept pulling him up for it, and highlighting that surely fairness for achievers should trump fairness for failures, he still continued to deny that the principle of Hearts & Thistle’s case, and any sporting integrity or fairness, directly contrasts their action of trying to prevent promotion for the three clubs. Again, the others stated there was no way that there wouldn’t be losers in this, but it needed to reward success more than failure, but he just would not accept that.

Tom English can't stop his ego and his personal agenda getting in the way of an objective analysis of the facts.

Findlay and Lachlan showed Tom English up for what he is last night: a poor excuse for a journalist. Rather than concede that they were correct, he just kept on digging a bigger and bigger whole for himself. The more he tried to wriggle out of his position as Hertz cheerleader, the worse it got for him and he ended up looking like a complete fool.

I imagine his media colleagues must have had a good laugh at his performance last night. What a walloper!

He did try to ingratiate himself with us, Raith and Cove by saying he was only defending teams he believed were being wronged, and that if it was to go for the twa ugly boots clubs he would then be roaring from the rooftops in support of United/Raith/Cove at the injustice of no promotion. He’s a phukkin fanny and will do himself an injury trying to straddle having a shoe in each camp

The way I see it, both H and pt are fu**Ed, the sfa will hammer them, if they don't, every club in the country would challange every bad referring desicion, every unfair fixtures post split.
Both teams have raised the bar in I'll feelings against the vast majority of the other clubs.
My prediction, relegation, 6 points deduction and a fine equal to 70% of the moneys they want.

To be fair to Donald Finlay, for a total arch Hun, he called out Sevco for what it was/is - no more than a tribute act and that the team he used to support had ceased to exist.

In total contrast Ian Murray, Labour MP and lifelong hearts supporter has thrown his political clout behind his team

Will get some votes in Gorgie and lose far more everywhere else
