    Transfer thread

Will we actually sign anybody or will we be selling again.

Personally,I can't see Garlic opening the dry powder room only to add more money to the store with the sale of Popeye and Tarky.

I think we're in for a very tranquil summer, not many in, not many out, nowt of significance at all. We'll be starting next season with very much the same crew we finished this one.

Could be a great opportunity to get some bargains as clubs less well off than us might be more eager to sell.

However I feel like we aren't going to push the boat out much, so I'm not expecting much.. only to hopefully be pleasantly surprised!

We always look to the next window for recruitment purposes which will be in February/March.

The BIG question is can SD persuade Garlick not to shove the thick end of eighty million (after expenses) into the Dry Powder Store by keeping hold of Pope and Tarkowski?

keep what we have; get rid of Gibson and try to secure better contracts where needed for our best players to keep the corporate raider mob away. Another young Winger and CB would be good. Yes, lower squad age and resale value does matter.

Bargains, pleasantly surprised, not words usually associated with our summer transfer dealings anti, keep them hopes in check.

Norwich want to use a bit of their parachute money to buy Ben Gibson.

Time to re-open Terrier Taxis methinks...
