Just had jab, hugely impressive efficient process. Thanks to all volunteers and NHS staff, but most of all a big thankyou to Boris for making Britain number one.

Except he didn't other than let the scientists get on with it, doubt he even had a part in approving the purchase, about the only thing he has done is leave this to the experts, the vaccine developers and NHS and provide money as required, not exactly world beating leadership!

Plus of course, we are number one at the moment but have only given one dose.

Only joshing fellas. The new "get out of jail free" card
Except my joshing is genuinely joshing. Apart from the thing about Ireland genuinely asking for Boris’ help. I’m surprised Swale hasn’t been all across that since I mentioned it, in fact he’s gone quiet so mebbee he is.

Except I’ve never revelled in UK failures...merely acknowledged current Government failures.

I’ll save my ‘get out of jail/only joshing’ card for when it may be needed.

Yes, it's so simple that every country has done the same thing or haven't they, or are you trying to say that the leaders of every other country have prevented their scientists and vaccine developers from getting on with it by refusing to provide the money?

I it's not exactly world beating leadership, so why have so many world leaders failed?

Don't forget R59, when things go badly it's always his fault and when things go well it's never his praise. A bit like managing Chelsea...

Worra loada crap. I praised the furlough scheme when it started and have further praised the tweaks to it along the way. I have praised the vaccination progress. That's the 2 things they got right.

I have slated just about everything else because they got it wrong and/or did too little too late and/or gave away millions (or is it billions by now) away to friends, family and party donors to do things they had absolutely no experience in and right royally cocked up.

rA has also lambasted the failings and praised the successes.

The 2 of us are not alone in this attitude on here.

Why do you seem hell bent on stirring the pot in post after post after post? 'kin pointless.
