I bought a flat on Dens Rd almost to the hour that the recesion hit.
"You cant go wrong with property I was told" Aye right ! Thats my problem and I digress.
Driving past Dens I cant believe a "Major" ?? Football club can leave their ground in such a state. We took the p**s out of the Shopping trolley for months, yet it still lay there. If I was a supporter of "them lot" I would be embarrassed by the view driving down Dens Rd and would have volunteered to tidy it up. Im an Arab and Im embarrassed !!!!
