Indeed. Didn't see the first half but looked fairly solid in the second. Edwards was decent.

Really not sure what to make of that game, team worked hard, we got a shut out, but it was basically attack against defence for most the match, and we had one proper attempt on goal (which we should have scored), quality going forward really is dire, harkes and butcher were poor. I hope it gives us some confidence and Fuchs can improve us, but Shankland must hate playing in that team. Think we will see more adventurous line ups against the weaker teams and that shape style against the top 4, lose an early goal in these type of games and we could get a right pumping.

Maybe it was just where the ball ended up most times but, I thought Edwards was very good, in the air and with numerous blocks.

If Aberdeen took half their chances today it would have been 3-0,then if Benji wasent up to it,more. Thank fuch for a point and that at least says something for the team. liked Harkes through last season but he needs to calm down and keep the ball longer than a micro second , Butcher ( i think) gave the ref a chance to give a pen but for some reason never saw it why oh why do things like that? Powers does try to play a bit and would like to see more of him, at who’s expense? take your pick. Mcnulty needs game time to sharpen up think he will score for us if so. Robson tried his best getting forward as did Bolton ,Shankland probably back defending more than anything and good job to as we needed it. Defence held up but mostly through poor finishing. Important point all said and done👏👏

Think it was Shankland that saved it in our box.......Great save.

Definitely a good point won today. Benji is probably the 2nd most valuable asset on our books. What do you think?

I reckon Benj may go in Jan if we get a good offer.

That could fund some midfielders that are up to scratch for this division.

Honestly, today, Pawlett, Harkes and Butch were invisible in a creative role. Yes, they did their job defensively. But, we sorely need a midfield leader that can inspire and turn defence into attack.

I'm really glad we got a point today. And I accept that this may be the way we survive in our first season up.

But I would really like to see us bring in a couple of wide midfielders in Jan if possible.

I dont want to bankrupt the club. Far from it. But the way things are going down south, we may be able to pick up a couple of good players on loan in Jan for decent wages.

Anyway, a very welcome point today. It's all about survival this year.

Only started watching from about 25 minutes in first half and whole of second half.
Should have been the time Smith was on and we went to back 4.
We were awful with 3 at the back as Aberdeen exploited the space doon the wings.
Agree Edwards won everything and it is good to have centre half winning headers in the box.

That was actually my first thought but commentator mentioned Butch and that seemed to be more logical given players positions.
