Thread: Pay cut?

  1. #1

    Pay cut?

Sun reporting we’ve asked players to take a 20% pay cut. Kinda ties in with what was said on here the other day about us budgeting for having fans back in by now

    Trouble ahead

If the Sun is correct then United have asked the players to take 20% wage cut until the end of the season.

Edwards should be on 3 curly wurlys and a pack on monster munch a week so should be ok for that

Seriously though, if this is true then 1 - this is some way to split a dressing room and 2 - does anyone have any buckets and good tablet recipes

I think that's a fair deal,i would imagine that most of us on here are down on what we normally earn(i have lost thousands)because of the pandemic.Pro players in my opinion are very privileged to be earning a wage when no fans are allowed to pay in to watch them.

If Kevin Brdges was to play the Hydro tomorrow he would be playing to an empty hall and earning nothing.
