No I am not suggesting that, although a lot of so called experts predicted that Villa would do better than us this season after all the money they spent in the transfer window. So it’s a result I’m pleased with, despite those two goals in injury time.
What about you ? Are you pleased with the Pompey result ?

Don’t be too concerned about my crowing. Villa will be closer to the relegation zone than CL places at the end of the season. But they were third when we played them, and have played a game less than everyone else. Though heaven knows how, after watching them yesterday.

I’ve been a ‘member’ here for a lot of years, and used to post a fair bit. Got into discussions with Sui and Bill the Cat on several occasions. When this board went ‘dead’ I used to look in on FOL, but there was no banter to be had there, just plain nasty insults, so I stopped posting
Don’t have a style, and far too old to develop one. But I’ve been a ST holder at Saints for the last 56 years. So just think how much I’ve spent (wasted ?) in supporting them.

Oh no !
Always remember BTC saying on a few occasions that he worked in a local college. Everyone thought he was a lecturer but then it turned out that he was a caretaker. As for Sui, if I recall, he had some serious eye problems and couldn’t post for quite a while. I hope that this got resolved.
