Turner is fine as long as he is not expected to chase forwards running onto long balls. At this level he will be a bloody beast at the back against the majority of forwards but get someone in like Muldoon who is doing OK in league 2 and made mince meat of him at Wembley he is best not being started. I think it's very fair to say that Rooney wasn't in the game at all.

On that performance, the best forward on the pitch was Wootton.

Its a lazy excuse to harrang any mistakes by Turner or Brindley today. They are doing their jobs 2 goals conceded in the last 7 league games. Our defence is not our weakness its our inability to score up the other end full stop. It is not good enough to miss so many chances and then blame the defence!! The defence are doing their jobs but Rodrigues and Enzio are in the team to support Wootton in the goal scoring dept and they are not. When did they last score a goal?

Despite all the terrible negativity on here I again applaud our fantastic defence. 2 goals conceded in our last 8 league games and only 13 conceded all season in the league. That is something which deserves re cognition. Instead all we seem to hear is negativity. Grow up some of you and get behind your team

It was fair because our defence was outstanding and they were very hard to break down, yet we still put the ball in the back of the net twice, hence we deserved it
