    Yes we chatted with him at the market stall, very pleasant man. Yet another player who came to Burnley and never left. Must be something in the people, places and air.

    I have not checked Alf, but I am sure Peter passed some time ago. Certainly not this May of that I am certain.

    I remember Uwe scoring all 4 against Norwich in a div 1 game in 1975. Shame it finished 4-4.

    I was at Wembley when Uwe played for Vintage Clarets vs Wanderers Returned as a warm up for the Sherpa Van Trophy final. At least that's what my "memory" tells me.
