A lot of players had an off day today, Ben Mee was steady throughout I thought, even Tark's passing was off though he did some last ditch defending.

I think their minds might have been on a bigger fish to fry on Tuesday.

Most definitely do not sell Jack Cork. Maybe when we've got 18 or so fit and well PL standard players then think about it, and then having thunk about it, decide not to sell him.

And that's a definite "no" from me.

Just back from long-term injury FFS so very harsh judgement on here.

Surely adds more than at least three others we play in midfield.

I'm not judging his display today Heeler, I said a while before he got injured that he had lost any pace he had and he had not looked his usual self for a while, we are short on players yes, but when new one's start to come in (hopefully) we cannot continue to keep players who are not good enough or past it, or continue to buy cheap one's like Stephens, yes he makes the squad up like Jack Cork but in no way is he a PL player IMO.

    .

imo....players were brought in to fit S.D's "style"....and it made Garlick happy because it went easy on the dosh and gave the impression of improvement - as for Cork....he's just signed to extend his stay until 2022, so I guess the thinking is that he's good for something...but (as others) haven't seen enough of him - but is possible that at some point... he'll make a miraculous comeback - when one of our many new signings has a slight sniffle perhaps.

300 plus English Premier League appearances under three different managers, capped at every level by England and you think he is not a PL player. Jesus fecking wept.

He's played for three different PL clubs BT, but I reckon he's played for at least ten managers in the PL, Dyche, Laws, Pochettino, Monk, Adkins, Koeman, Guidolin, Bradley, Curtis and Clement.

To be fair to Alto though, I suspect the player he meant wasn't PL standard was Stephens, not our Jack. Or maybe he doesn't think either of them are.

On a second read sinkov, I think you are right. Apologies Alto.
