He’ll use the extension then give him a new contract I’m guessing which hopefully means we’re not letting him go this season unless silly money is thrown about

I must have missed it MT, did we ascertain that there is a 12 month extension in the clubs favour which is yet to be actioned?

I'd got an awful feeling (probably my in built Millers pessimism) that he was initially given a 1 year contract with a 12 month extension option, which we triggered last summer.

He was definitely signed on a two year deal to start with, whether he has a years option I don't know.
