    Proper Test batting from the two Yorkies. Pleasure to watch...Root got lucky once but other than that...they looked the ‘real deal’.
    Can’t be many more attractive grounds either...a lot nicer than Edgbaston!

    Looking good on day 2, trying to resist my lifelong habit of feeling a bit sorry for an opposition on the ropes, for sure they'll come back and bite us on the bum before too long, such is cricket

    Never feel sorry for the ‘opposition on the ropes’, Andy...unless they’re total underdogs which Sri Lanka aren’t.
    May well come back to bite us but I suspect not in this Test...get a lead of 250-300 and bowl them out with one eye on the weather.
