What's with all the coded language ?
I know Countyson was a Tory councillor back in the day,but does this mean he's now in an important government post and thus the kibosh on social media ?
I had always assumed his absence was due the Council's peculiar habit of twinning the city with obscure Scandinavian back-waters and thus underwriting his trolling habits.
