I would have some hope if I knew Bruce had been nowhere near the players all week.

I get that he's bigging his mate up but garbage like that just makes him look stupid.
Yep, they probably go back away in terms of football careers ie managers, personally mate i'd take a draw at yours and be quite content with it!

Aye-Wilson is a lot better than many of us realised.

Don't be surprised if they don't both start, though. Bruce's favourite trick is to lay all the blame on them not being available-including Almiron- but he hasn't always played them from the start when he's had them to pick. As for taking a point, that's exactly what Bruce will be setting us up for-trying to stay in the game until one of his better players does something out of the ordinary.

We need all three points but I think one is the best we can hope to achieve the way our respective teams have been playing-and I'm expecting none, tbh; some folk have lost their minds because of the last two results but the memory of 2 wins in the previous 21 is more pertinent to my mind.

Good of you to say, John. Aye, you've had a cracking season whatever happens but the icing on the cake would be beating Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs to 4th spot.

If you want to pass the message on to your players to let us have the 3 points. . .

Aye, hope you finish ahead of spurs

We will play for a point, when we lose and get 0 - Bruce will then say how great a team you are (fair point but he won't have even tried) and that we'll go again next week.

    ****ing **** that he is.

I hope we take all three today, but I must say I think we will get a proper beating.

Good luck to the Hammers - they are a great club and deserve their wonderful season.

I remember some 10 years ago when we had a competitive team. Great times!
