He told the pub landlord he didn't need lectures from the likes of him.

Oh you do Sir Keir, you really do.

quite right - Sinkov....they/he had absolutely no right to manhandle the landlord, anywhere.... but that didn't matter, because Starmers handlers just needed to get him off the street and discuss the way forward - in "private"....and why the goon restricted the landlord from following. It tells us a lot about them...just controlled puppets who stick to a script, a face to follow, no more.

He really is one arrogant to$$er, (that's Starmer not the landlord), who by now should be Knighted - Sir Publican of Bath.

Starmer is an idiot. He is trying to kick up a another "Sleaze Storm" because John Dyson ask Johnson not to put extra tax burdens on his overseas based experts if they popped over to Britain to help produce ventilators needed here at the start of the Covid "crisis."

It's pretty obvious Starmer and his front bench can't spot the difference between what ex-Prime Minister David Cameron did trying to line his own pockets and what James Dyson did in trying to help out when Johnson needed it.

Starmer needs to concentrate on kick-starting the Labour party, because there really is nothing to gain ranting about an overseas billionaire texting Blow Job to offer a helping hand and not being fiscally punished for doing so. Ye Gods, where is Jeremy when we need him?

It all comes back to the problems that we have had for over thirty years -----lack of leadership!
Lots of politicians just follow their own agenda without considering the community as a whole.
Johnny Mercer served 3 tours in Afghanistan and knows exactly what armed forces personnel go through in those sort of situations.
The pursuit of veterans for alleged crimes in Northern Ireland in the troubles has continued even though lots of terrorists were effectively given a pardon for their misdemeanours. Johnny Mercer was told that things would be done to address the problem, however, this has not been the case and he has taken the decision to resign with honour in place! Good luck to him!

Integrity in politics is most unusual Supersub6 and I applaud Johnny Mercer for his stand. Boris usually dismisses the stuff he does not like, I'm not sure why he won't stick to his promise to adhere to a five year life span to try a member of our armed forces for alleged misdemeanours.
