Combination of countries (inc UK) have sent, amongst other things, Medicines, O2 Generators, Compressed and liquified Oxygen.

Problem seems to be their lack of infrastructure to get these, and their own production of the above, around the country efficiently

Cricket Australia refused to fly their players home as they said they were privately contracted to the IPL.
