Although if I hand it in to Reception as you have done, I can't imagine they'd refuse to take it off me.

I shouldn't think so - whether ours being a smallish village practice made any difference ?...anyway, if she would've told us otherwise, I would have gone round the side, to the docs room, and put it through the open window.
