Really? I’d be very surprised if that happened.

Same but it's all over the airwaves etc.

I think Everton would let him build though, which is what he desperately wants to be allowed to do.

He's such a good bloke I don't think the Reds will begrudge him taking over at the Toffees

Thank heavens for that i hope it happens. Everton can enjoy his negative football and continuous whinging to the press. People are saying its the end of hope for the takeover but there are plenty of quality managers out there still.

That’s a bit harsh! His football reflected the quality of the players he had at his disposal. He had to play to their strengths, and yes the football was not pretty sometimes but it got results.

So you wouldn't want Rafa coming back here then, I tend to think most would ?

I would have him back at the drop of a hat. He gave us something we have never had for a long time. Hope.
PS better him than Gattuso who we were rumoured to replacing Cabbage Heed with. Walked out on Fiorentina after 23 days after arguing with owner about transfer funds. Would of lasted 23 minutes here with Ashlie

Rafa would only return to us if he was allowed to (re)start a project, involving a transformation of the club in its entirety. For that reason, him returning would be excellent.
I understand people criticizing his style of football but if he won something with us, I wouldn’t care.
He’s certainly a manager who could galvanize the club, supporters and city into one force which is all that is needed for success at Newcastle.

Rafa is a hugely capable manager, managing the whole club and not just the coaching aspects on the pitch.
