Hopefully Firpo will be the LB, we have been crying out for years, should start seeing activity now that Euros ending / teams back into pre-season.
DM / CM still looks *****, need to recruit Phillips type, Nandez mentioned, but with KP often playing as CB, not sure.
Strange that Huggins / Gotts told to find new clubs - thought they had bright futures under MB.

Re Gotts and Huggins we are now pushing for Top 6 so maybe he thought they would never make it - bearing in mind he likes small squads - suspect a few more will be moved on too

The nandez report is north of $30 million. The denmark player also over $30 million.

Dont see the Nandez thing. He hasn't shone at Cagliairi (over 70 appearances, two goals, not sure on assists), and the fact he is there (Cagiiari) at all says something for his potential. At 26 he has some time, but there are others with more (and would cost less I suspect).

Like Spaldy says, good to know we can at least consider at these levels of cost, but there are others worthy of more consideration.
