The stadium will be 75% full of "neutrals" travelling through from Dundee. Obviously as its home fans only no United fans will be there, of course.

Wonder what the line up will be?

    Benji
L Smith, K Smith, Mulgrew, Sporle
    Fortheringham, Fuchs, Pawlett, Chalmers
    Clark, Shankland

Wouldn't mind Mochrie in for Pawlett and Appere for Fortheringham but I assume it will be along those lines

lol would love to have gone - as for team backrow that im not sure about. I suppose at this stage its who is fittest - robson, sporle, edwards all carrying knocks or behind in fitness although sporle was more a dead leg type so he could be good to go. New regime new hope and new ways of letting us down probably

Going to assume a back 3 going by Saturday but if Sporle is out as well as Robson then it might not be too balanced.

Assuming Sporle is fit I'd guess we will play:

    Siegrist

    L Smith
    K Smith
    Mulgrew
    Reynolds
    Sporle

    Fuchs
    Harkes
    Pawlett

    Shankland
    Clark

I would never want to see a back 3 of Mulgrew,Reynolds and Edwards for obvious reasons.Edwards was our best centre half by a mile last season and it would be a massive blow to our survival hopes if we lost him.During a period when we were losing goals galore at set pieces he was out injured.

If you remember when he returned Micky gave him a free role in our penalty area where he did not man mark he just attacked the ball and hey presto we stopped conceding. He was also very dangerous at the other end and scored some crucial goals.

Have to admit that was a bit of tactical genius from Mellon, something I'm surprised more managers don't do

Anyone worried about this game?.Its massive for Tam and i honestly wish him all the very best.I will feel more confident if we have a spine of Benji,Edwards,Fuchs and Shankland. Its obvious from what Tam said that PP will play but its a risky business pinning your hopes on him.
If we lose no one i would still like to see a creative midfielder and a winger brought in,that will give us half a chance next season.

Not worried about the game. Typical game v lower league team, the earlier you score the first the easier the game becomes. More curious to see how we play though, hopefully at a much higher tempo than last season
