This was coming. Bruce doesnt like him. Skillful and very good defender but he had few mares. I was at St James Park two seasons ago vs Leicester. He was terrible on that day.

    Aye.

Prefers the "good lads", not these skillful ones.

    He prefers the arse lickers.

Steve Bruce is, hands down, the worst manager we have ever had.

And a bigger cunt than Pardew, Allardyce, McClaren and Kinnear.

A 5-a-side team of cünts indeed - poor Carver, can’t even get in it but suppose he was only a caretaker cùnt

    Makes perfect sense to me.

He went out on loan to get some game time, and now that’s he’s fully fit and back to his best, we sell him for less than what we paid for him.

    Proper NUFC logic.

You’ve got it Hughie. The plan was always to get rid of him. Ashley’s happy cos it’s one off the wage bill and Bruce is happy cos he got rid of a ball playing CB. I’ll always remember for his two goals in the last minutes against Everton, one of which was a bicycle.

I think he’ll go on to do very well and he could have done in the PL too.

The problem with those who are unfortunately in charge of and therefore currently have the whole club's future in their hands have not got a clue about decent players with potential and vision.

They can only see certain types of players who probably play the way they played themselves and are therefore restricted within their own incapacities.

I would put not only Bruce into this category but also Pardew, JokingEar, Carver, MacMuffin. We just don't stand a chance with management of that calibre.

Lord help us if another Gazza turned up in the academy. He's probably be out on his ear for being a show off or ball greedy.
