And as I said in a previous post why should I have to take a lateral flow test anyway. I don't need to take one to enter anywhere else. It's not law. Only us and sevco trying to enforce a completely pointless exercise. Look at BBC Scotland reporting team who flew to Japan. All tested negative despite numerous tests but now forced to isolate for 14 days because someone on the flight tested positive. But athletes who paid the same money for these PCR tests and tested negative don't have to isolate. Fathom that one out. What's the point of jabs and negative tests if you still have to isolate but others because they are "athletes" don't.

I’ll take the test and if positive (although I’m confident of being negative) I won’t go and watch the game at home.
Why? Because I don’t want to be an arse that is the link to an outbreak at the stadium and puts at risk of higher allocations in the coming games.

Ok i test negative in the car on the way up but my mate in the back seat tests positive. Am I going to say oh well crap i really need to isolate now and can't go in. Get a grip.

Why would your arse of a mate get in the car if he tests positive before you leave? Your constructing a pretty pish hypothesis there.

Just an aside, I know a bloke who’s accepted corporate hospitality tomorrow.

They’ll be in a room getting rat arsed, laughing, blethering, enjoying themselves.

Then they’ll go to their socially distanced seats, put on a mask and watch the game.

As they should. No issues with them getting rat arsed and enjoying the event. I guess the restrictions limits the extent that the groups interact with others.

Completely pointless to insist on pretend tests that don’t work anyway and are easily bypassed.
It should be entry for the vaccinated only, and 20,000 of them at that.

As I said in an earlier post, these “rules” have been complete b’ollocks for a long time now. They are just completely made up to suit & football fans suffer because of the fact the politicians don’t like or trust us - that’s the only reason we’re being subjected to this nonsense more than anyone else.

Moog jnr is 15 & therefore hasn’t been and doesn’t need to be vaccinated.

If he has no symptoms, then there is absolutely no reason why he - or any other young person - should have to miss out.

The fact is that as long as people keep putting up with this stuff they’ll keep doing it. They’ve clearly managed to scare that many people half to death, so they may be able to keep getting away with it for sometime yet too.

As an aside, I noticed that no tim fans in the ground and in their seats at last nights game were wearing masks so I’d hope and assume its the same
for us tomorrow?

I've said my piece on it and clearly we are not all going to agree. I have had a relative die from Covid and i know a couple of folk who have been on ventilators for over a week in ICU. If I catch it then I would consider myself unlucky and if I got it bad then I would be unfortunate but the way some folk go on about it is what is holding us all back. My mother is 86 years of age and I visit her virtually every day. If I thought my actions at any point were going to put her at risk I couldn't live with myself. There's a difference between being careful and being paranoid.
