Eventually the board of directors managed to get a meeting with John Nelms in the boardroom on Saturday 4th January 2020. https://www.dee4life.com/downloads-and-minutes
I suggest that you read the minutes paying particular attention to the minutes of the AGM held on 11th January 2020 and the minutes of the board of directors meeting held on 4th February 2020 which are very interesting.
A board of directors meeting was due to be held on 17th March 2020 which was cancelled due to Coronavirus.
I believe that the Dee4life Trust (DFCSS) can put pressure on the Club especially if all the historic members rejoin as full members which only costs £5 per annum.
Last Saturday I was sitting in the Bobby Cox Stand and I asked the person sitting next to me if he was a member of DFCSS. He told me that he was. I asked him if he paid an annual £5 membership fee. He replied that he did not pay a membership fee. I advised him that he was a historic member. He could not attend the AGM and he had no say in the running of the society.
This is the problem with members who paid a £1 joining fee thinking that they are still full members of DFCSS (Dee4life Trust).
The minutes of the Dee4life Trust board of directors meeting held on 3rd May 2021 are informative.
I suggest that you put your name forward for election to the Dee4life Trust (DFCSS) board of directors as there are a few vacancies.
Finally. Any Dundee supporter can join the Dee4life Trust whereas only members of a Dundee supporters club can be a member of the DSA.
Thanks for the information. I had read those minutes from 20 months ago but thought perhaps there was some movement since. It’s odd that Zoom or Teams meetings couldn’t ensure continuation of the board meeetings.

I’ve no intention of becoming a board director of DFCSS, thanks though. I was asking the above because I feel the Trust is well placed to raise fans’ issues especially with regard to seating/ticketing/general upkeep though I notice in another answer Jim Thomson hadn’t had the good courtesy to reply to you.

Do you see a difference in how DFCSS are treated and say the 1893 Foundation by the club? Looks again like we have the Judean People Front situation with 3 different bodies.
