Max is currently completing Sean's Defensive school.
    - No attacking play is welcome unless you are a striker. Progressive forward play is fround upon here. Please use the long ball to hoof it to the tall lad - or pass side way for Westwood to hoof it, failing that back to Popey.. and you guessed it hoof it. - excellent.
If you insist on attacking play ie running a players, or forward into space BFC will look to sell you on usually for a large profit.
your main role is to act as a 10th defender, chase everything run back we always have to 2x left back and 2x right backs - one in front of the other.
We will commence this week with the long ball practice aka Hoof to Woods

    Regards Sean
Leading on from that FTD dont worry because I think we will sign a couple of defenders and a goalkeeper before the window shuts

Just noticed that he isn't in the starting 11 and haven't been able to find the subs up to now.

Are they playing their stiffs, Max isn't even on the subs bench, quite a few out apparently.

Not risking him because of the enforced quarantine period - Mozambique is on the "Red List" - whatever that means.

Some of you need to read more threads/posts, as I did say he would not be able to play in red zone Countries

Maxwell played all the game for the Ivory Coast this evening in a 2-1 win, he did not score and apparently had a poor game on a dreadful pitch.

EDIT: He played left wing back

I watched the whole game and it is not fair to try to judge him on tonight because, as you say, the pitch was awful and the game was littered with players falling over, holding their head, faces etc. in attempts to con the officials.
I saw less injuries in 6 games of Rugby League during the weekend than supposed injuries in that game tonight!
