    Howe

I see a couple of titbits saying he's in talks with Newcastle as we speak. Not my choice.

I'd take anyone over Bruce at this point. Howe had Bournemouth playing some decent football when he was there and was really unlucky with all the injuries which caused them to go down.

Give him until the end of the season to see what he can do and then make a change if needed

He would be ok for the rest of this season and the next one then we upgrade similar to what man city did. I have a feeling of the 3 man shortlist we will get Fonseca which would be great a very attacking manager.

"We'll dust ourselves down and go again next week"
    "We'll keep bashing away"
"We'll roll wa sleeves up and go again"

Have we finally heard the last of this from Bruce?

Sky Sports are saying we're in talks with Howe:

Hopefully the players want to impress the new manager and up their game against Palace (if he is appointed)

He's been doing way too much of that.

Yes, anyone would be better than what we have right now.

Out of the three, Fonseca and Favre would be my preference with Favre slight favourite of the two because doesn't he have form for turning around a relegation-threatened side?

I'm not averse to Howe at all but would he be able to turn us round?

Well Howe's win percentage is nearly 42% which is significantly better than Bruce. If he can get us to a reasonable position in the table by Jan 1st we should be able to strengthen the team and avoid the drop

I too would have preferred Lucien Favre though

I'd be happy with Howe to be honest, think he'd do a good job here.

However, I'd be equally happy with the other two.

In fact, I'd be happy with anybody that isn't Bruce
