    Bruce gone at the Toon...

    The inevitable has just happened...

No doubt the "Brucie Bonus" will soften the blow.

He'll be back, if he wants to be, there'll be several clubs in the lower divisions already put him on their short-list. In the meantime he can potter in his garden, pondering how best to spend his millions, it's a hard life being a football manager, or to be more precise, an ex-manager.

So the plucky polite Brit is slaughtered from day one yet the Spanish waiter is treated like some sort of messiah despite having an almost identical record at the same club.Perhaps if he was called Jordi(pardon the pun) and had a stupid accent in interviews then he would have been lauded. These toon goons need to take a long look in the mirror and realise the only decent players in the current squad were recruited by Bruce and not Rafa. They are so desperate for success they are willing to suck up to people who will literally butcher their critics. The career girl Amanda would under normal circumstances be walking five paces behind her bosses and wearing a face covering which in her case it would help.

I honestly believe they didn’t have the heart to sack him until he’d completed his 1000th game. The new manager has one hell of a job to turn that club around, especially with all their fans thinking they have a divine right to be successful.

Heart? They didn’t have the money until the Saudi Express rolled into Platform 1 of Newcastle Central Station.

Bitter and twisted as the antics in football are making me I wonder if they will rename the Gallowgate- Chop Chop Square.

Wish the ragheads had invested in us instead of the scummy Yanks.

I've had the red and white check tea towel in the back of the drawer for ages Alfie, just waiting, but we get fecking tight-arsed Mormons instead. Maybe I'm praying to the wrong God ?
