This is great news for us, after following closely his career at Burnley, I am convinced Newcastle have got the wrong man. Eddie seems like a nice enough guy, I have nothing against him personally, but if he can get Newcastle into, or even near the top six, I'll show my arse in Burton's window.
As a Claret's fan I shall be drinking a toast tonight to the dumb**** owners at Newcastle, who with this appointment, have made Sean's job of keeping us up just that little bit easier.
