Listen mate. The guys a professional footballer. He's supposed to remain professional. He lost his head for a split second & squared up to the boy. He shouldn't have. His manager even said so. He should've walked away. Whether he does the same thing in the street, in a pub, wherever is irrelevant.

A rational person would walk away, 100%. But when something like that happened completely out the blue like that then you're not going to make rational decisions.

There is only person in this situation who is 100% in the wrong and its not Ojo.

Both were 100% wrong. Total overreaction from both fan and player but the player was sent off and I'd imagine the fan sat his erse back doon and watched the rest of the game.

If one of our players reacted in that manner in that situation I'd be really disappointed.

Are you not? What about when players get hit with objects while taking a corner? Is it then okay for them to pick the object up and launch it back? Of course it isn't. You simply cannot react, and most players make a rational decision not to. They remain professional.

End of the day, what Ojo did was a cautionable offence, and quite rightly, he was cautioned and subsequently sent off. There can be no arguments. Even his own manager agreed.
