Could do with Eastleigh and KLT nicking a goal each.

That 3 points we handed to Halifax could be er quite important couldn’t it?

Weren’t they supposed to be absolute sh!t in that game before we had our meltdown?

Nah they were alright, played some nice stuff. Easily the smallest squad of that top seven though, they’ll do well to last the pace. But then you’d have said that about Sutton.

I’m not concerned at being 7th. The league is so tight that any team in the top 10 that goes on a positive run will climb quickly. Any team (like Grimsby) that does the opposite falls quickly.
Chesterfield to this point are the stand out team. The fact we are within 4 points means we haven’t been as bad as some would have us believe.
Our home form is absolutely key to our success and the fact we play the current top 3 at home gives me some hope that a challenge will be maintained.
For me we have to graft harder and pick up more points than we have to date whilst on the road if we want our challenge to be successful. Would be nice to start that at Chesterfield, I’d take a draw now.
