Yes, this is important. Jenkins, Nixon & Pattison try to define criticism of them as criticism of the club and thus the person who does it is an utter sod.

Do not be put off by this. Continue to expose the flaws of those responsible for the club's current plight.

I think that it was badly worded and that they meant every home ground on which any of their teams play matches until 17th December 2024. For our lot to use that properly worded terminology it would cover any of Brunton Park's pitches, Penrith, Creighton and anywhere else that is used as a home ground for any fixtures of any the club's teams until 17th December 2024.

Of course the ban from the Penrith ground would be just for games there that were home games for a Carlisle United team. Possibly that might not be enforcible without the agreement of the 'powers that be' of Penrith FC.

They were banned from every ground where any Oldham Athletic team play. Probably what was meant was every home ground where any Oldham Athletic team play. For the equivalent ban to be issued by our club and cover all possibilities it would apply to the whole of Brunton Park, Creighton, Penrith and anywhere else that might be used as a home ground for any of our teams. But if we use a ground of another club as a home ground for any fixture the board of that club may have to agree, i.e. they might have to agree that for a Carlisle United match the ban applies but not for any other match.

Yes, but is it legal? Just sent Griff a letter telling him Chalky is banned from partaking in any form of prediction leagues 😀

    2nd Class stamp obviously 🤣

Yes, it is legal. Someone can be banned from the premises of a football club by its owners in exactly the same way that you can let into your house only those people that you want in it.

I do not believe that is what they are attemting to do, they mean any ground that is now and any ground that is until 17th December 2024 a home ground for any of Oldham Athletic's teams. Clearly they would know that this is the full extent of their power. They have written it badly.
