The Hawk and Owl Trust have a link to Norwich cathedral and the kestrels that reside there,it won't be long before they are ready to lay the eggs, when the chicks hatch it's a truly splendid money...bringing dead pigeons up to feed them is a bit off putting tbf

A similar set of visitors to me Griff. my garden is tiny but I live near a wood and green fields so get a fair selection. Haven't had redwing, yellowhammers, or firecrest.

I have ticked off fieldfare, treecreeper, and goldcrest. Top trumps go to the day I walked round to hang the washing out and there was a buzzard on the fence post.

Our next door neighbour keeps hens and a few weeks ago a buzzard killed two of them.

He has had to put wire on top of the hen run to stop it happening again.
