Roberts is definitely a problem for IB. The manager sees Cal's ability and wants him on the pitch, but it means shoe-horning him into IB's preferred formation and it just doesn't suit him. You only see half the player. Roberts is a winger, not a wing-back or a central (attacking) midfielder.

It's holding this team and the Club back. A midfield 3 of Vincent, Palmer and Brunt has to be the way forwards.
