And off we go again.....he had bad rap with the players.......but players I guess nobody will hold their hand up....terrible indictment of the game....
I really don't know what happens next....who in there right mind would come here now......no money, no new players, no manager.

It's a pity Lampard just joined Everton. He would have been my choice. You have to feel sorry for any new manager with no ability to add to the squad. We need to move quite quickly to give the new person as much time as possible to make a difference. Perhaps we need a short term appointment until the end of the season?

And we sack the manager after the transfer window closes. Next bloke will have to work some miracle to forge this lot into a promotion spot. Whats the odds for Harry Potter?

I daresay we will give the next bloke another 4 year contract

I haven't a clue as to who to appoint but what I do know is that we must take our time and ensure that we make the right appointment. The qualities I would like to see is a young, enthusiastic coach with vision who wants to play football on the ground. More easily said than done I know but it is absolutely essential that we get it right this time. Despite Ismael's success at Barnsley, he was never the right fit for us.

" I would like to see is a young, enthusiastic coach with vision who wants to play football on the ground" this must be the exact opposite of Steve Bruce.
